Mian M. A. Shahid
Chairman
Mian M. A. Shahid is the Chairman of Board of Director (qualified from PICG) / Chairman of various companies of United International Group (UIG). He is the CEO of SPI Insurance Company Ltd. (Formerly Saudi Pak Insurance Company Limited). He has also been appointed as advisor to the Board of United Insurance Company of Pakistan Limited. He holds the graduation degree in law and remained in Government service for about four years. He has extensive experience in various insurance companies. He took over the charge of United Insurance Company of Pakistan Ltd. (UIC) in 1996 as a General Manager, the gross premium under his leadership has grown up many times.
Under the supervision and control of M. A. Shahid, the group has earned good repute. He has provided valuable assistance to build trust and coordination with the management and he has sufficient knowledge of finance law and insurance industry.
He is a member of Insurance Association of Pakistan. He is also a member of Chamber of Commerce and Industry Lahore since November 2002. He is regularly attending of various seminars and workshops related to insurance & Banking affairs, organized by professional and regulatory bodies to maintain proficiencies in and outside Pakistan.
Naeem Tariq

Mr. Naeem Tariq has the experience of more than a decade in accounts and finance. He has been associated with the accounts department of UICL for about eighteen years and worked tirelessly in the capacity of Senior Accounts Officer, Dy. Manager Accounts, Manager Accounts and CFO. Currently he is working as a Chief Financial Officer in Head Office at Saudi Pak Insurance Company Ltd. He has sufficient experience of accounts and finance, he has attended several accounting courses. He has proved himself as an important figure in the key management by his dedication to work and loyalty with the Organization.
He is also associated with the marketing functions relating to general insurance industry. He has played pivotal role to enhance the Company’s premium income volume and for planning and developing market expansion.
Dr. Khadim Hussain
Head of Medical Services
is responsible for the leadership of Tawasul HealthCare TPA reform initiatives. In this role, Dr. KhadimHussain oversees the deployment of the company’s healthcare reform strategy and readiness initiatives. DrKhadimHussain career in the insurance business extends back to 2000, where he Joined Shaheen Insurance as “Assistant General Manager Health’. Dr. KhadimHussain is considered as one of the pioneer in Health Insurance Business in Pakistan.
